The integration with Salesforce makes it easy for us to see all the leads that are in our pipeline and at what stage they are in the sales process. It has made it easy to track the progress of each lead as well as the opportunity status and whether or not there is any activity for that particular lead. We can also see the different stages of the sales process, which helps us to understand where we need to focus our attention. The customer support team is very responsive and helpful. Nothing so far. We have been using the tool since March this year. So far no issues. Our main objective is to improve our efficiency and productivity by providing insights into the status of the opportunities in our pipeline and to help us prioritize our efforts. This tool allows us to do exactly that.
