The JHT cordless handheld massager is made in China and powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It comes with a USB cable and a 5V DC adapter. The guide is far from optimal and doesn't provide much information about the different modes and intensities available. This is the first time I've tried a handheld massager and I'm amazed at how effective it is at relieving pain and muscle stiffness. Arthritis. This massager has 6 modes, but it would be very helpful if the manual lists the tricks of each mode. There is an on/off switch on the bottom of the device, but the manual doesn't say anything about its purpose. There is a power switch on the control panel. Distinguishing the modes isn't easy, but modes 1 and 4 seem to focus on the palm and wrist area, while modes 2 and 5 focus on the fingers. Modes 3 and 6 seem pretty balanced between the two. There is only one heating level, but three intensity levels. The instructions warn that you must first remove the rings and dry your hands. The device cannot be used while charging. There are three timer settings: 5, 10, and 15 minutes. The default value is 15 minutes, after which it turns off automatically. The recommended frequency of use is once in the morning and once in the evening within the specified periods. The JHT handheld massager works well, and since it's cordless, it's convenient to use anywhere. I use it when I first wake up and just before bed. It really helps my arthritic hands.
