No questions asked for seller. The first set comes with no box and the switch was DOA, it didn't work. I thought it might be the opened package and sent it back. The replacement came quickly (no packaging) and the switch clicked so I plugged in the kit and it worked, well everything worked except the switch. The switch in this kit is as cheap as it gets. It held for the first test, you can feel it dying in your hand, I took it off but it never worked again. I like the kit, it works well, saves time and makes checking vehicle systems easier. Some dust pulled the real switch out of my trash can, popped open the unwanted switch, cut the wires, threw it away and used the case to make a real switch that worked and never looked back. I've used the kit a few times with my switch and no problem, the kit has everything I need and it works. This is not for a derailleur, I would give this kit a solid 5 rather than a 4.5. Save time when you get this kit, replace the switch as soon as possible, you will not regret it and you will love the result.
