I always prefer Lisle to other similar unnamed tools made in China, although most Lisle products are also made in China. The reason is that their SPEC is usually slightly higher. Right for this tool (relay removal pliers) with two layers of soft insulation on the handle. The reason for 3 stars is insufficient quality control.
