As the name suggests, this will not work in certain Chrysler TIPM connector positions. The green female adapter will not fit due to physical interference with the plastic mounting tabs in the TIPM. The black adapter piece mounted on top of the green part of the adapter contacts the lip and prevents the adapter blades from being inserted into the relay socket in the TIPM. This tool is useless in these circumstances as it is literally too short to connect and hence cannot work. Cutting the plastic tabs in the TIPM will likely work. However, I would not recommend this for a customer's car as the TIPM is guaranteed under certain conditions.
