The condensate line for my air conditioner stopped draining and it wasn't noticed until I saw a trail of water coming out of my garage saw coming. For future events, this sensor now resides in a cavity underneath the device and connects to the Home Assistant instance to send phone notifications (along with the actual AC power outage as it may be running for a while before the actual lock sensor kicks in). As with any Zigbee device, you need a hub/controller for it to work. At the same time, there were no other difficulties in setting up or testing. I'll update once I have a general idea of how long the battery lasts and/or drains over time.
