Review on Convenient Big Button Phone with Speaker and Memory for Wall or Desk Usage by Brian Kingsford

Phone only rings 3 times before callers are informed they cannot leave a message. HM! The storm had hit eastern Iowa and when we ordered this phone in August, little did we know that my mom would not have phone service until September 21st. She didn't realize the phone was doing this until the return date had passed. Completely new. I contacted support, they gave me a link to the manual (no link on this issue) as my mom is out of state and can't read it due to vision problems. Hence the big numbers, which is the best thing about this phone. But she doesn't move fast enough to reach him before the 3 rings stop. Aside from replacing this, let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
