I've been using the Logitech G533 Gaming Headset for all my computer audio systems since the lockdown days began. It has a great mic (and sounds fantastic by the way), but after a few months of almost daily use, I got tired of carrying a big headset on every call. I bought this mic based on the great price and the many rave reviews and I was not disappointed! As a technical communicator, I need something with high quality audio for recording and calls. I tested recording with this mic in OBS Studio and I'm very happy with how good my voice sounded. People on the phone told me that I speak loud and clear too. It picks me up clearly from up to 2 feet away, and because it's omnidirectional, it picks up both me and other sound sources in the room, which is important for Zoom Karaoke! As long as it's not near my laptop's speakers, it won't pick up any stray noise. My air conditioner, loud as a jet engine, sometimes works if I place it in the living room right next to the air intake. 4x5 inches) has a good weight. A mechanical on/off switch with a distinct click gives me peace of mind when I want to make sure my audio is muted during a call. The light is pretty bright so I covered it with the original LightDims sticker and it doesn't bother me anymore (see picture). The length of the cable is almost perfect as I'm sitting on a laptop and don't want to bother with it. The massive loop of cable cluttering my desk seems long enough to easily reach the back of any desktop case. Overall this is an easy to use and high quality mic that has everything I need and nothing I need. This is one of the nicest purchases I've made all year and I would highly recommend it if you need a good budget mic.
