Flawed design for Automotive Emissions
Through trial and error, I found that this PCV valve was not compatible with my vehicle despite it being marketed as a replacement part. The material used to manufacture the valve does not hold up well to heat and causes it to fail. While it's relatively easy to install, it's not worth the frustration and expense of having to repeatedly replace it.
