These are nice heavy brass casters which, with a little tweaking, are a relatively inexpensive way to upgrade your furniture. The reason for the 3 stars is because these videos were frozen when I first got them. I assume they are dipped in the finish and left to dry. This is obviously a good paperweight, but not a great wheel. My solution to this problem was to place them in boiling water for a minute or two, then gently heat, take them out, and peel as much of them as possible and through all moving parts to run. Then I applied a layer of oil and wiped it off. As they are brass and already have an aged appearance, removing the plating will not affect this product and will make them even better in the long run as they age.
