This swing is so hard to find and so perfect! I use them on my lovebirds and parrots and they love them. Keeps their claws trimmed, they can't gnaw through bars like wooden dowels, and the diameter is great for both foot sizes. Your cage should have perches of different diameters and textures to exercise your bird's legs. If the claws overlap, the perch is too thin. This swing is slightly thinner in the middle, giving the bird a choice of where to sit. Wide enough for my two lovebirds to sit and leave room when they huddle together.
