I like giving the dogs single ingredient treats with no harmful additives, like this one, so I was happy to give these a try. The curly texture is fun and different, but it also makes the bully sticks a lot thinner than some others so my dogs do devour them really quickly. This is fine because some days I like to give them long lasting chews and some days quick chews are good. Either way they benefit their teeth and make my dogs super happy. I have been unable to smell since receiving these, so I am not sure how bad they smell. Since they are bully sticks I imagine they don't smell good to us, but they smell absolutely delightful to the dogs. You just have to kind of expect that with a treat like this, I think. However, they do say they are odor free, so maybe it is less of a smell than some. My dogs love these and would recommend them to others if they could.
