Don't try. It's worse than anything you've used.
This is the worst protein powder I've ever tried. Smells awful and tastes even worse. Stevia tastes horrible and makes me instantly nauseous. This substance makes me sick and causes acid reflux. I've never had acid reflux unless I drink this. I feel sick the next day and I go to the toilet 6-8 times because my stomach is upset. I tried 3 times and I succeeded. Terrible. There are too many uses for this crap.
