Well, let's start, it all started when we, satisfied with the purchase, came and printed the device, rinsed everything and turned it on, worked for exactly a day, after turning on the WARM MIST function it worked for exactly a day, the block itself that heats the water simply melted, while it was creepy and caustic smell. You won’t believe it, but we changed it to the same one, without any problems, but here again a miracle, it worked again for the same day and now the WARM MIST function has stopped working, HOW IT IS, that this device cannot work for more than a day, what’s the matter ? ? Tomorrow we will go again to change and since every time if it breaks down!
