So far so good. At first I was frustrated because we took the dog in the car and couldn't find him immediately with the app when we got home, but my teenage son was running the app which may have contributed to why it wasn't working. First. Customer service via email was great, although sometimes I had to wait almost a day between emails (not always). We found that the algorithm was written to track a fleeing (running away) dog more accurately than in a car, but ended up telling us where it had gone in the car. It just took longer than I wanted because I wanted it to be as fast as my iPhone tracker. I don't think any of them work that well for dogs. We tested it out a few days later when my son was running it around the block, and it definitely tracked his path pretty closely for the most part. I wish you could decrease the radius of the fence to our yard because it runs through several streets behind us. However, it does a great job of letting us know it's outside of that radius. Looks good, sits well on the collar. The battery is excellent, hasn't been charged for several days, still lasts. We'll check it a few more times for correctness, but overall I'd say it does what it's supposed to. Update in a few weeks: we love it! Works right every time. Very happy. worth $. Buy it!
