whatever you want to call it. It works great with little wear and tear which was worth it. There were two downsides that might bother some people, the first is that it doesn't come with the original box. It wasn't a deal breaker for us and they were great protection packages. Secondly, a charger was included but the one we received was a used after sale unit that broke. I don't think it's worth getting a replacement charger as it will just be another charger for lower tier adapter tokens, so we'll be using our old iPad charger for now. I highly recommend this refurbished iPad, it still works. Great and saved a few bucks.
