When this lamp arrived one of the lampshades was broken, big disappointment! by Raven. Tracy's customer service rep took the time to apologize for what had happened and to ask for my address so she could send me another one. She emailed me when she sent it. I received a new light in less than 10 days after emailing the company. Tracy's customer service was so genuine and caring that I forgot how I felt when I found out one of the shades was broken. Now I have a new lamp in the entrance area that we really like. It's beautiful and bright!
