Me: I run 40 miles a week and do strength training four times a week. Shoes: These are designed for running but are much better for weightlifting/CrossFit. In the world of distance running, they are extremely tough compared to most other DISTANCE running options. If you work out in the gym and occasionally lift weights while running/sprinting/stepping then these are perfect for you. I'm not sure I would pay $180 for it. I bought them at my local Nordstrom Rack store for a much lower price.
