The lid does not fit when you use it as intended.
I have to say the threading was ok and it was a good price but the case was very cheap. Not only was it thin, but when you put the earbuds in you couldn't even put the lid on, the earbuds don't allow that. The design is very confusing because you need inserts for organization. We ended up throwing away the whole case and bought another to put the thread in.
