Cheap junk with a plastic button.
I needed to replace the latch/handle on my parents tailgate and ordered this as a replacement. Lasted 2 weeks before it broke. It's very cheaply made. The snap and plunger are plastic and tend to stick to the right length even with a cut. I tried everything to get it working better but it took 2 weeks and broke completely and I had to order another replacement this time with all the metal parts and this one works very well. This is cheap junk. I would recommend avoiding this and buying something higher quality.
