This ignition does NOT have a 100 ohm resistor as advertised. I checked it with a multimeter because the ignition kept blowing my ignition fuse. It still lets the light shine, but you won't get a spark with this ignition unless you buy a resistor. The build quality inside isn't the best, but it does the job. Do not disassemble, otherwise you will not collect. I tried replacing the core with a factory ignition (it didn't match the factory sample), there is a specific part that prevents the key from turning 180. • It is very thin metal and bends easily, so do not force the key in/out position.
