so far so good! Comes with all necessary screws, internal and external heat shields, exhaust bolts and gaskets. The gasket didn't have the correct bolt spacing, so I had to get another one that was the right size. That being said, a word of caution, DO NOT TAKE TIME TO RELOCK THE BOLT OR SCREWS! As with all projects, slowness and perseverance win the race. The melted factory cat has been replaced and the car drives great. It's only been a few days since installation and I'll update the review if there are any changes. Nice part and great price compared to Hyundai who wanted $1099 for the same part!
