I have been buying Uniwork remanufactured ink cartridges for my Epson printer for a number of years and for the most part have always been happy with the quality and value of the product. Only once have I had a cartridge issue: out of a box of 12 cartridges (and dozens I've bought in the past) one cartridge was clearly leaking on my last order. In this case, the cartridge was still in its intact, shrink-wrapped packaging. I contacted Uniwork and received a quick response from a very understanding customer service department. I emailed the photos and explanation and the support staff immediately sent a replacement (thankfully you don't have to return a leaking cartridge).
