
Decided to update my review. I still give this little speaker 5 stars. Ifox has great customer service. They stand behind their products. I recently had to contact ifox because my speaker wasn't charging and after realizing it was covered by a 365 day guarantee I decided to email ifox and let them know of the issue that I had with my speaker. I explained that the charging cable stopped working out of nowhere, draining the speaker's battery and rendering it unusable. At first I thought they were ignoring me so I sent a second email to find that they had replied straight away. The email just went to my spam folder! After doing what I suggested with the power cord and it still didn't work, a wonderful woman (Margo) I believe apologized for my inconvenience. She explained that problems with these speakers were unusual and offered to send me replacements. All I had to do was provide my original Revain order number etc. The whole process went smoothly and within a few days I received my new speaker! I decided to try a new charging cable on my old speaker and it worked, so it turned out that the charging cable was no longer working and not the speaker itself. I highly recommend doing business with this company and will be shopping with them again in the future!
