PSU was dead out of the box. Nothing turned on and no voltage was measured at the end of the power connector. Usually that's fine and just exchanged, but the item sent is clearly a returned device. There were scratches on the power supply and on the amplifier housing. It probably didn't work for the first time buyer, or the first time buyer broke it and it was resent with no quality control. Otherwise, without listening to the device, it's difficult to give a full review. I will say the build quality is terrible. The switches and knobs have a plasticky, brittle feel, and the uniformity of the aluminum finish is terrible. Screw terminals are also cheap.
