I had a little problem, when I received it, a piece of my mat was missing. However, I was very impressed when I emailed Surf and Snow Warehouse and they responded within minutes with suggested solutions. I decided to keep the item and received a full refund because I needed it for a last minute trip. I experimented with different fitting methods and although I had to adjust a few things, to my surprise the product fit so well that it wasn't noticeable. Pay attention to the details (prep, surface cleaning, measurement), pre-fit and apply carefully because the stuff really sticks. It looks and feels good under my feet and doesn't get hot in the sun. Overall a great product, far from an even better company with outstanding customer service and personal attention which I appreciate.
