I love this skirt! I'm 5'6 140lbs and ordered a large just to be on the safe side, although a medium would probably do fine. Fits very well, although not too tight (the material is very stretchy). I love the look of the body cage and I love how versatile this garment is, you can wear it top or bottom. Love it!
