This stuff is magic when it comes to covering my terrible chipped, cracked and thin nails. I wanted a natural "healthy nail” look and this stuff delivered. I use two thin coats on top of my nail strengthener and then a gel top coat.It does not help with growth or strength which is why I use a growth polish first.My nails are so thin I barely have any white on the tips. They are almost see though. This stuff accentuates any white I do have and makes them look nice.Unfortunately it does chip easily even with the top coat leaving me having to reapply every 3 to 4 days. But to be honest I haven’t found any polish that doesn’t chip easily even with a gel top coat.
