I love this keyboard and it's a great deal for just one keyboard! At first I was confused by the call button. It's just a contact closure, so pressing it shorts the white and gray wires (they're labeled + and - in the manual, which is confusing). In my custom Arduino system, I use the NC and C pins on the keypad relay for the disable indicator and handbell press. I also have a (backup) PIN in case someone doesn't have their key fob (they just enter that PIN, then the pound key to remove/activate the relay). I don't use push/open functions. All I did in programming was change the default system password, add FOBS and also add a user PIN. The procedure for performing these functions is detailed in the accompanying instructions. It is very rare to find a product with such functionality in this price range! Please note that this is an indoor unit and is not waterproof (as stated in the product description).
