Review on ACDelco GM OE 🔧 214-2137 Vapor Canister Vent Valve by Joseph Katipally

Bought this sensor for my 2013 Chevrolet Impala. I had just bought a car a few months ago and was starting to get check engine lights indicating a gas tank leak problem. I tried and tried but I couldn't get the light clear. After some research, I realized the problem was my own work. Prior to this car I had an old Lincoln Towncar which I filled up with gas to get the maximum mileage from a full tank. When I got the new Impala, I continued in the same way and filled up the car while I was filling up. What I didn't know was that I was using it to clog a valve that was in the engine compartment. After replacing that valve (which only took a few minutes) and not topping up the tank, I haven't had any problems since.
