I've been using these cleats for less than a month and while they're still in relatively good condition, the front toe clip on my left cleat broke. As a result, I lost the ability to pull up the pedal stroke. Contrary to what the manufacturer claims, these spikes are made of fragile, cheap plastic. I've been riding SPD SL cleats for 7 years now and this is the first cleat to break. You get what you pay for. Now I will use real Shimano cleats. Update 8/25/21 - The seller contacted me and replaced the spikes as they offer a 1 year guarantee. They were very responsive and the replacement came quickly. However, I'm still not sure if I trust this stuff. When my current set wears out, I can try again.
