I did great! I wasn't sure if it would last long enough or leak when filled with ice, but it doesn't. As others have pointed out, the cactus should be blasted first because if you blast part of the bucket first, the spout (for lack of a better word) will end up in a bad place. My cactus would bend over and not stand up on its own when empty, but as soon as I added ice and drinks it stood up straight. I used half cans of water and soda at my party (it was a fiesta style baby shower) and people thought it was so cute and asked all day where I got it. We had one on the floor but it's not big enough to put on the table. A very nice extra. Sure I could have gotten a styrofoam cooler, but that was just a little bit of fun.
