I was looking for something to cover the wheels of my new Koala Rolling Sewing Room chair. I would buy new wheels but unbeknownst to me the wheels on this particular brand of wheelchair are welded to the base. These cases are great! Now our laminate floor is protected and the covers made the chair quieter and also slowed it down a bit when it rolled quickly over the laminate. I've followed some of the tips here for installing cases. Heat from the tip of a hair dryer worked best. I really think it takes a lot of finger and hand strength to put the hubcaps on. If you've done a few at first, you'll feel comfortable, but you'll have to work fast or else the material will become difficult again. You need to find a middle ground: don't let the blanket get too hot by pulling it over the chair's wheels before the blanket starts to cool. Don't buy these cases. They are challenging but can be overcome with patience and the methods suggested here.
