Horror fringed edge NOT stapled

chain fringes are usually stapled to the edge of the fringes for easy sewing, but I didn't have time to return the item as it was needed for a school play to finish I had to hand sew every five yards. This info should have stated that the fringe edge is loose, after reading 20 reviews I finally found someone who stated it was loose edges. I wish the sellers would state this - wish I could give negative stars too, vert is frustrating
