Review on Husky Liners Chevrolet Volt Weatherbeater Floor Mats, Front & 2nd Seat, Black (2016-2019) - 98281 by Tim Airy

I am really impressed with the quality of these Husky floor mats. The fit in my 2017 Volt LT is absolutely perfect, especially around the driver's side 'dead pedal' - this is where I had issues with my last car and a different brand of innards. I was surprised at how hard the insides were. when I took them out of the box; I was expecting something more flexible and rubbery. Make no mistake, they're pretty durable. As sturdy as they were, they fitted my Volt easily and snapped firmly into the floor mounts. They stay in place and don't move. Husky pads are nothing like my previous kit, especially when it comes to protecting the floor from moisture. The main thing that struck me about the Husky earbuds is the branding. It is inserted *into* the mat, not fixed *by* it like my last set. My previous set of liners had the brand badge attached under the carpet with metal clips which rusted and soiled my carpets. When the plastic anchoring tabs for the badge came loose, water seeped through the liners. Husky Weatherbeaters protects my Volt from the effects of Ohio snow and road salt. My final comment on these innards was that they weren't slippery or noisy underfoot. It was such a great purchase that I bought a kit for my wife's Honda!
