This item comes in VERY nice, stylish packaging not unlike a new Apple product. This is to hide the fact that it's all plastic, which can easily chip with regular use. There is no protection. So if your arm comes loose like it happened to me, your expensive smartphone could fall onto the sidewalk. To use it with an iPhone 11 with a standard Apple case, YOU MUST REMOVE THE CASE TO FIT THE PHONE! The 4 diagonal lever design may look fancy in the photos, but it's frustrating to get in and out of and is nerve wracking as if ONE hand becomes loose, the diagonally opposite hand also tends to pop out. which means the phone will fall out. Holder. After a month of use I quit until the cheap plastic broke. I usually took the phone off and put it in my pocket when riding on a bumpy surface e.g. B. a bridge with grating.
