I love this shower head! Makes bathing a real pleasure. I have curly hair so the hand shower is great to give my hair a good rinse. I used an extension cord and two shower heads - just read the instructions carefully and lay out your parts to make a plan - it took about 45 minutes and no leaks (an extra washer is included - use it every time when you plug it in. The shower head is great) and large.Probably uses more water than a water-saving head, but our showers run fast (except on a shampoo day for me - but the adjustable flow on the hand-held shower makes it easy to control the flow to stop during foam etc. to keep the temperature the same - I like this feature!) - so I don't see any changes in the score. The only criticism is that the holder for the detachable shower head is round and the handle is oblong so I couldn't mount it. I already have another suction based holder so no big deal. I never bothered to contact the company about this either.
