I love this item. Once you understand how to use it properly, you'll wonder why anyone would need another type of launcher. I've used this a couple of times on a Honda Accord that has been idling for a while and had a completely dead battery. It took me a few tries and reading instructions to figure it out initially, but it works like a charm every time and no need other than waiting a few minutes to charge the capacitor from a good battery in another vehicle! Haven't tried charging it from a cell phone as I don't need it, but I'm sure it will work fine. I can't say enough how much I love this thing! I bought 2 first as one was a gift. Have to buy another one for someone else now.
