Works great!

He could jump over my friend's old Toyota Truck 97. He survived the winter. The battery was about 7 volts when I connected the batteryless jumper block. First I cleaned the clamps. They were dirty. Then the red error light came on. Reset failed error. So I took the cigarette lighter adapter (which is included) and charged the battery in my car. It took about 2 minutes to get 14 volts. I put it back in my buddy's truck, got the green light. His truck started right away! I highly recommend this…

This is the coolest jump starter I've ever seen.

I love this item. Once you understand how to use it properly, you'll wonder why anyone would need another type of launcher. I've used this a couple of times on a Honda Accord that has been idling for a while and had a completely dead battery. It took me a few tries and reading instructions to figure it out initially, but it works like a charm every time and no need other than waiting a few minutes to charge the capacitor from a good battery in another vehicle! Haven't tried charging it from a…

The ultimate trigger!

I bought so many ordinary lithium iron starters. They work fine as long as you keep them charged and I've helped quite a few people. A few months ago I offered my jump starter to start the car but it didn't have enough power to get it running. I started looking for better options and came across this device. I just got it a few days ago and tried it on my 2004 Volvo S40 with a battery that needs replacing. When the device was plugged in, it showed 7V. I pressed the start button and after about…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I don't remember

I live in Arizona and battery starters don't take the heat very well - to be honest I forget to charge them too. The 12v battery for my car ended up in the trunk which doesn't open when the battery is low/low. Oops. Enter this small device that perfectly suits my needs. I don't have to maintain it and just need enough amps to close the relay to the main battery in the car. Luckily there is direct power under the hood (first photo). I was able to charge the device with a portable USB power bank,

Saved my bacon for Jump Starters

I bought one of these for all my family members who have a car as a Christmas present. I didn't buy it for myself as I have a manual transmission and if I ever ran out of battery all I would have to do was push the car down a hill and start it. I left the light on my car last night without realizing it. When I got back to my car a few hours later, the battery was so dead I couldn't even turn on the lights. And I found myself in the middle of a completely flat parking lot. My wife was nearby so…
