Significantly improves handling, braking and steering. I was amazed at how much these dampers affect my 2007 Chevy Silverado with 7.5 Rough Country Lifter Suspension cornering and braking. A clear increase in comfort in the cabin on bumps and bridges! Eternal Bilstein fan! I had to take the stainless steel bushings that keep the bushings on the shock bolt from wearing out to a machine shop to fit the stock shock bolt. Bilstein offered to send bushings to match my OEM bolts, but they're $40. The shop charged me $19. I will buy these shocks for every truck I own and would recommend this upgrade to anyone.
