I'm thankful that this has 3 uses in 1, especially for something smaller than my hand. Handy and small kitchen tool for camping, RV or picnic. It has 3 sides for different purposes: slicer, serrater and straw. So far I've used a ruler and vegetable straws. To use 1 rib, uncap this end and use the other 2 2-pronged ends to hold on. Using this tool for any purpose isn't as easy or as quick as the standard-sized alternatives. Holding it with your hand while slicing or peeling carrots is more difficult than using a long-handled tool with a blade. However, for temporary and mobile outdoor use, it does what it's supposed to do. Moderately recommended.
