Crooked in a garage storage
Couldn't hold the broom or something because the bolts are sticking out in the middle of the part where the handle is supposed to fit. It appears to be a manufacturing or design defect. I think it will hold a broom and rake as I only used duct tape to attach in the garage. I haven't tried any screws or nails, which will definitely work.
