Working but probably not pure nickel
I think it's impossible to know if you're actually getting what is advertised. I purchased this item in two lengths and one of these rusted and corroded after just a few months without even being around water or moisture. The other role looks normal. Both roles sparked from time to time during the manufacture of my battery packs.
