Someone is cheating. The listing says 12 gauge wire, the packaging says 12 gauge wire, but the wire clearly says "14 AWG" which is 18 SAE so it's in no way related to the advertised 12 gram wire. wire matches. And it could be a performance or fire issue. When they contacted Littelfuse, they said the problem was that their supplier changed the wire from the 12 AWG orange wire to the 14 AWG red wire without telling them, but they saw no problem with it. I'm not sure what the bigger problem is: a product made with the wrong cable, or Littelfuze thinks it's normal.
