Review on OUTTO by John Invert

I just bought apparel and shoes from OUTTO as a discerning consumer, and I was really dissatisfied with the subpar quality of their goods. The shoes disintegrated after only a few wears, and the garments were constructed of inferior materials that felt harsh and uncomfortable against my skin. Additionally, when I tried to contact customer care about my problems, they didn't respond, and they weren't very helpful. After waiting on hold for hours, I was eventually able to speak with someone, however they were unable to provide any solutions to my problem. Overall, I would strongly suggest staying away from OUTTO. Their customer service is essentially nonexistent, and their products are of poor quality. If you want high-quality apparel and shoes, save your money and go somewhere else.
