*UPDATE: I received a message from customer service and they quickly dispatched a replacement monitor in just two days. The new monitor works great and I am very happy to use this portable monitor again. Excellent customer service! Bought this monitor as the perfect portable monitor solution. It worked really well the first 10-15 times I used it, very bright and clear. Now when I plug it into something it just flashes on screen for a second then turns off and repeats. Very disappointed as it was exactly what I needed!
