I liked the longer shoulder strap. It had all the essentials but due to Covid the 'essentials' are more these days. I could use a wider pocket (in depth) to hold more stuff. I didn't want to lug a bag around with me, so I stuffed my wallet full. It really is more space than I thought! But it would still be nice if it was 2-3 inches wider. It's holding up well and I'll use it again.
