I am a housewife with 4 children under the age of 9. I'm on my feet most of the day and it's not uncommon for my feet to hurt when I sit down after the day. (Also, my ankles and feet swell by the end of the day.) We don't wear shoes at home, so I walk around the house barefoot all day.
