Terrible quality in my rating
Very bad quality. I bought it for my 6 year old for snowy weather. After a day of play in the snow, the shoes were completely wet and did not stay dry in the snow. At first I thought the snow was penetrating the top of the boot, but no - they just let water into the boot. Then after two days of wearing one of the buckles fell off. Don't buy - waste of money.
