Great Customer Service - Affordable Pricing

The customer service was excellent! It is very easy for them to understand my needs or concerns when I call. They are always quick to respond which makes me feel comfortable using their products/services as well as recommending it others. There isn't anything about crosscountry at this time but if there were any issues they would be resolved immediately!! If you need help solving problems relating to your IT infrastructure then give these guys a try. We had some internal system outages and needed someone who could get us back up and running quickly. This team did just that without asking questions we couldn’t answer themselves (such as "how long will this take? How much does something like this cost?) The team at Cross Country is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They are able to understand the needs of our organization and help us take steps toward achieving those goals. They have helped us get out of some tough situations and get us back on track. We have had great success working with them. I would recommend them for any size company looking to grow their business. They have been instrumental in helping us get where we need to go. They've also been flexible with scheduling.
